Overall this air conditioner is great for a 450sq ft room. The remote control is a great feature.

I got this for my grandmother last minute, it was super ease to install, works like a charm!

This unit has been a good a/c the past 2 years. But after 2 years and 1 month it quit working. Not what i would expected from a expensive window unit.

Been using it for a month now and so far Everything is good! And everything is easy. We install it by our selves and the wifi make sos more worth it!

It's great just a little noisy but gets the room cold fast. Being able to turn it on from the app is a plus also.

Keeps whole house cool unlike my old AC. It also doesn’t consume as much electricity as my old AC and is relatively easy to install!

The central HVAC unit in our upstairs family room went out in March. They longer made the replacement parts for it and to replace it for the coming texas summer was going to cost over $9K When summer arrived big time heat, we purchased the GE window AC. It keeps the 405sf room comfortable, sometimes chilly for a lot less money. Will replace the central system next year, but this GE 10,000 btu unit was the right unit for the right room at the right price.

It is pretty efficient and cools the room fairly quickly, BUT it does tend to just stop cooling for periods of time. Usually in the middle of the night I'll wake up and it'll be 74 in my room even though it's set to like 66 (the room is not particularly large, and it's not like it's overly hot outside). If I turn it off and let it sit for a minute it starts back up cooling quickly again. It's just weird, I've never had this issue with an air conditioner before. Otherwise I like it and it works pretty well/quickly.

Does a nice job cooling. I like the ability to control it via WiFi. A bit loud but likely no louder than other AC of the same size.

It keeps a large size bedroom cold. Not cool, cold. Add that you can link it with your phone or alexa and you got a pretty good AC

We had initially bought a 10000BTU GE Air conditioner, and when it arrived, were so excited to set it up. Only to find it didn't work. Best Buy was super helpful in getting us a replacement which came within two weeks... The replacement works perfectly, and now we have one AC that cools our whole large 1 bedroom apartment. And it's so handy to be able to turn it on and off when we are out of the house, ensuring no energy is wasted while we are gone, but we can return to a cool home on those really hot days.

Was a little bit bigger than I expected, my fault didn’t measure space but still fit. Works great I use to cool my second floor. Love the fact that I can control it while I’m out of the house no more coming home to a hot house. Definitely recommend.

This air conditioner is a smart appliance with wi-fi capability and has a remote. The GE Smart App allows this air conditioner to be controlled by a smart phone. Blows really cold.

Extremely loud and rumbly even on low fan mode but the cooling is very effective and the phone app to control it is convenient.

I bought this unit to help give my central a break during these hot months. It’s very nice for that and cools very well. It is noisy and it does have a very annoying rattle that I can’t stop but it’s all installed and I’m not taking it out to bring it back. To help the rattle I have a roll of toilet paper jammed between the window frame and the unit. It helps lol
