The first 14 days Best Buy will replace it after that you have to deal with GE and they will only give you a voucher. You have to pay up front for another GE product at your purchase price or more to get a refund maybe 6 weeks later. Save your money and avoid at all costs or just keep going through a vicious cycle of defective air conditioners. Buyer Beware!

Worked for a year and died
