It works perfectly, but sometimes there are some sounds, it's not critical

Ordered this online for in store pick up. Product itself is as described, be careful of the sliding side plastic as we already ripped ours. BTU is accurate and effective. Minus one star for Best Buy security following us around the store before we picked up our air conditioner. We were going to buy a Switch 2 but changed our minds.

It gets the job done, my space is kept well cooled. It's a little loud. I'm not sure how many affordable air conditioners are quiet though, so for the class it's fine. I like that it has the smart phone option to turn it in before I get home so the apartment will already be cool.

Needed two new AC’s older ones were not cooling like they should Put these in and I am very happy with them. They can cool my attic from 85 degrees to 69 degrees in less that one hour. Older ac took all day. I love how you can use the remote control from your phone. I would recommend getting these !!

Our new air conditioner is much more then we expected. We have only had to use the low setting as it does get quite cold quickly. I highly recommend. The price was great. Would definitely buy this again.

This does a really good job of cooling down the room and the wifi features work great; I love being able to control it from my phone. It's a little loud for a bedroom (where I installed it) but the cooling factor helps to ignore it.

I got the air conditioner quickly but to my surprise the thing is the loudest air conditioner I've ever had.. it kicks out cold air but it is so loud you can't sleep.. high pitch whistling sound.. forget the Wi-Fi or the Bluetooth it's a lost cause with this

This ac is amazing I couldn't cool our cabin with the old one this replaced now electric bill is much less and the cabin is so cold that we run this unit on low. Wish we bought years ago!!

Best purchase at a great price for what it is for, easy to connect through Alexa and through the app. To turn it on or off I just need to tell Alexa to do it or I just set a temperature and it will turn on and off to be at the temperature that I want. Or you can use the app it works great

This air conditioner works great ! Was very easy to install. Easy to operate and it is not too noisy. This is cooling off the whole second floor ! The price was not bad . So far very happy and cool again.

So far so good. The AC connected to the app and WiFi easily. I can control it from the app or with Google. Its relatively quiet compared to older models I've had in the past. I have only used it twice this year so far and it works great. Time will tell if any issues pop up.

The heat was coming and this flower wilts quickly! When I bought it I really had no idea it was wifi enabled and imagine my glee when I found out I could hook it up to my Alexa device so I could have yet another thing to order Alexa to do for me! This thing is a workhorse and cooled my house perfectly! No issues at all! Easy instructions for set up had me cooled off quickly and having it automated through Alexa was the cherry on top of it all!
