So far so good. The AC connected to the app and WiFi easily. I can control it from the app or with Google. Its relatively quiet compared to older models I've had in the past. I have only used it twice this year so far and it works great. Time will tell if any issues pop up.

This air conditioner works great ! Was very easy to install. Easy to operate and it is not too noisy. This is cooling off the whole second floor ! The price was not bad . So far very happy and cool again.

This air conditioner is great! It keeps the room cool. The delay and the wi-fi is wonderful. I’ve never used the wi-fi because I use the delay all the time. Would not want to live without it.

So far so good! Our old AC kept kicking our breaker so we decided we need to upgrade. We’ve had this ac for about a month now and no issues. It’s also really convenient to be able to control it through the app.

This is a powerful small little air conditioner, not that small but right size. it can cool the room in a matter of 2-3 mins

I use this every day in our master bed room. I keep it on eco during the day, and set our room to 69-71 at night. We have central air but live in florida and our room is the furthest from the main unit so it gets a little warmer in there. I also have the larger 16000btu one in the kitchen as when we cook its nice to not have to wait so long for the kitchen to cool down (especially if I open the windows if I was cooking meat and things got smokey). Love that I can control through the app when I am not home as well

Really good AC. Cools the room faster than other units I’ve had. Also comes with an Eco function which saves energy while keeping the area at a nice temperature. WiFi compatible, it’s overall a great purchase.

It's making a big difference in the area of my house where it's located. It was about $100 less for this unit than other stores in the area.

Very nice air conditioner only thing screen does not light up so as to tell when it's on. When it is in mode where it not running. Other then that very nice air conditioner.

So cold and love that it has an app to set up Phone so I can turn on before I get home and it’s nice and cold in house

It’s been a few weeks now and I am loving my ac unit - easy interface and cools down our room in a short time.

This AC unit cools my entire downstairs area and is super quiet as well. It was easy to install too. I even got a 10.00 off price match a week after I purchased it!

This AC unit started out great. Blowing cold air, WiFi capable, working as it should. very easy to use, BUT.... after 32 days it stopped working. No more cold air. It just blows warm air now. GE's tried to repair the unit in my area, but no appointments till August??? What?? I complained to them and I ended up getting a voucher to purchase a new one of the same value. But I had to pay for it first, then wait for the voucher to show up, then send in the voucher and the new receipt together, then..... after 6-8 weeks i will get a check Oh yeah, it has to be another GE product. I just wish mine stayed working. to many phone calls, waiting on hold, shouldn't have to chase this on a month old unit. I really can't recommend this AC based on my experience
