Bought to cool. Our bedroom. Room is approximately 250sqft. The room does get cool but the noise from the machine is a big negative.

The first one we bought, the flaps would not open. We’ve went back to the store to exchange another one. It was a hassle especially when it is such big and heavy. The new one works fine. Not as cool as the Window units but at least I can still use my Window with this installed indoors. It is a little on the expensive side too.

Cools great. Thing i dont like aboit the unit is that when it reaches the temp. The compressor shuts off and the unit blows air still. Thats fine, but then the compressor kicks back on not even a minute later. Its very annoying. Especially when trying to sleep. Overall its a great cooling unit.

It works excellent!! I bought it for the upstairs frog in my house and it works so well! There are many days where I actually have to turn it off because it cools the room so well! I was afraid that it wasn't going to circulate too well because of the shape of the room but it works wonderfully! The only bad thing I would have to say about it was it's set-up. We did receive parts that weren't supposed to go to it and the screws were too small to work. But we are actually making it work without any screws and it still works perfectly fine. You just got to be careful if you need to move it because the connector might just unlock out of place but it is a simple easy fix.

Best thing to buy. Beats buying and installing window units. Installed into window so easy and also doubles a dehumidifier. I absolutely love this thing. Free app where unit can be controlled. Cools my entire first floor. It is a little pricey but totally worth it.

To be honest, I was a little disappointed. This was the 4th portable A/C unit I’ve had personal experience with (myself or a family member) in the past 12 months. It was the priciest of the bunch, and roughly equivalent to the highest BTU rating of the other 3 units. I expected it to be the best “cooling” performance of the group, or at least close. Unfortunately, it is clearly the least cooling of the four. I would have expected That if it had been the cheapest and an off brand, but it wasn’t. Nice features and design keep it from being even lower rated in my book

Works great for my master bedroom. I do like the app function and can turn it on while not at home to cool down the room. Also the louvers automatically open and close the vent providing a nice breeze that doesn't get you too cold.

Easy install. A very heavy unit so once in place it can just remain. Remove the hose for winter. Only complaint is the way it cycles off and on. No way to disable that setting.

Easy setup and fairly quite an cools my 600sqft apartment easily

We needed a ac/dehumidifier after hurricane Helene & Milton we couldn’t find any available ANYWHERE. I came across the LAST one at bestbuy, which we were so very thankful for. We purchased it and picked it up within an hour. The two guys that work at the pick up counter were awesome, and very helpful made it a great experience over all! The unit itself is great we have been using it non stop for weeks without any issues. simple set up and good quality product, definitely a great purchase! Thanks guys and Best Buy!

I previously purchased some smaller portable Air conditioner units but realized it didn’t cool at all when we had the heat wave, if it’s over 85 outside it would feel just as hot inside our apartment! So after looking around I came across this unit and it was the best decision ever!! Before with the smaller unit even at its lowest temperature and high fan it didn’t work at all. Now our kitchen/living room area gets nice and cool so fast that we have to rise the temperature in the AC. Best part is that I can control it on my smartphone too if I’m not in the room or if I’m busy with my baby.

Great Ac unit. Cools a large bedroom pretty well. Easy to install and operate. Don’t have to really drain at all like some. So that’s nice.

It did cool but. It large and VERY loud. Woke me from sleep when it turned on and off.

The air conditioning is very easy to install. The air conditioner is working perfectly. Just in time for the heat.

This unit is nice because it does not require a separate drain line for the moisture removed from the air. It cools very will and isn't very loud.

This was a fantastic air conditioner and had been working perfectly for me without any issues. I highly recommend it to everyone.

It works really well a little loud but not too bad to make it a problem also comes with a remote!

Got it to cool down my upstairs and I would say it only work good for 1 room roughly 250sqft . Have not tried the dual hose hook up yet.
