Works in the average room calls the room temperature works great in a small room

Great unit great price. Keeps my house nice and cool.

bought during a/c failure at home. was able to keep approximately 800 square feet in common area (Living, dining, kitchen -open floor plan) very reasonable in 90+ degrees outside temperature while main a/c could be contracted and replaced.

Since I bought this it, it cools down our tri-level condo very well, then I got the dual hose converter to make it work even better, this thing does the job well. I like the integration with Alexa so that I can control it all that way and even ask it what the temp is(at the A/C)

This portable air conditioning unit was purchased when we needed it the most. It was a record breaking heat wave and our AC broke. It was life saving to be able to order it on line and pick the unit at the store on the same day.

To powerful for my room but keep it nice and cool.

Our AC unit died at the worst possible time. We looked online at different models, comparing specs and prices , etc. to see what would be the best for our home. This unit is amazing! The swing door is great. I love the features!

This portable ac was a great purchase for me. It actually cooled our living room but when we placed it in our bedroom, it was ice cold that even my wife said that she was freezing. I would buy another one in the future.

After about a month of use, the unit died. Made horrific noise and did not cool or dehumidify. It sounded like bearings failed. Mounting the exhaust hose was difficult. I have old replacement windows (with storm windows) and the mounting kit needed a lot of work to get it usable. Prior to failing, it was loud. GE does not service these items; they gave me vouchers which could be used on the purchase of any GE product. The vouchers covered the purchase cost of the A/C , but not sales tax. I would not recommend this product.

Runs an works great and love Bluetooth and wireless options

It's really nice and cold... It does waste electricity tho but that's a given. its for like a living room or a small apartment

Works very good although I did expect the room to be a few degrees under what this unit ended up being capable of doing. Good item to have as a backup.

Great product! Cools fast in my large room! Easy to move in different rooms!

Bough to replace old portable which lasted about a year. Hope this one will go longer operates 24/7 So far so good.

This air conditioner worked wonderfully.... until after about three months. Then it stopped putting out cold air. We tested all the solutions offered on the product site and nothing worked. In effect we now have a very expensive smart fan. GE product support has been very helpful, but we're extremely disappointed that a GE product had such a short working life.

Was a godsend when our central air went out and we were waiting for parts. Saved the day during the heat wave.

Works great. I have it in a large room and it cools easily. Install was easy and only took 15 minutes. I highly recommend this air conditioner
