Great AC cools down my living room fast installation was easy

We’ve had this for at least a month now. It works really well, but now it’s making a whistling noise that is very high pitched.

Using in @450sq ft garage is cooling down the interior but not as fast as I expected. Is a bit loud and the flexible hose attachment to the unit is not sufficient it pulls from the plastic lock easily.

This unit has a very loud rattling noise from the air inlet like something loose or broken. A lot of review on amazon also mention that has a rattling noise and some people had to take apart the machine to fix it. i paid $503 to fix a new machine no thanks

Is your bed room warm at night and you get to hot to sleep but cant afford to cool the whole bousw down then this is the product for you!! We have it set up in the bed room and it keeps it extra cold so we can get all snuggled up in the blankets and not have butt sweat.

Good Ac for small/mid rooms. Little noisy but you can used to automate with alexa.

Works better than expected! would highly recommend giving it a try. We've set ours up in our living room to give help to a struggling, old A/C unit. Keeps a third story apartment with vaulted ceilings a comfortable 68-72 when it's typically 80+ degrees during the summer!

We are using this in an upstairs third floor bedroom. Twenty- somethings seem satisfied as they are sleeping when it’s hot. Only minor issue is that it is louder than expected.

Cools my big room fast. Worth it. The noise is manageable.i will deal withe noise than deal with the summer heat

This was a lifesaver when our AC suddenly gave out and it was going to be a few days before we could get a repair person out to replace it. We used it to cool a main room in a 2000 sq foot house and it was sufficient for that. Best Buy was really fast with the delivery.

Does really great for cooking but I have found the smart features just don’t work at all

It worked as advertised but was not big enough to keep up with our needs. Ultimately I returned this unit and purchased a larger capacity unit. If you only want to cool one room, it may be large enough. You can always turn a larger unit down if it cools too much. Buy the biggest you can find.

This a/c has saved our life! Our apartment was really hot without it but it cooled down immediately

Apart from this unit being ridiculously loud and constantly cycling on and off. We had issues with this shortly after buying it where it was freezing itself and shutting down when using the dry feature. We scheduled for a tech to come out only for the shop to call us the day of and say it has to be brought in. Our car had just been totaled so that wasn’t a choice. This has thankfully seemed to resolve itself. The last week or so it’s been making ridiculous rattling noises and struggling to switch between cool and fan when it auto cycles. Sure enough on an 80° it died, won’t do more than blow air around in fan mode, A waste of $500+ for a unit that died right out of warranty.
