I waited about a month for the product to arrive and didn't last more than a month. The green light shows that it is working but the freezer doesn't get cold (not even close to a refrigerator temperature). With Best Buy's return/exchange policy on appliances, I had no choice but reach out to the manufacturer. I had to call GE directly. They said it's a return to vendor item and couldn't send anyone out to take a look at the product. Looks like I'm out $260 on this freezer....what a disappointment.

The lid does not seal tight, allowing for air leaks and ice buildup around the lid. I switched the product more than once and got the same result. --- not a good product.

Discovered freezer stopped working on one occasion. Adjusted thermostat and it seemed to work. 2 weeks later everything was thawed and freezer wasn’t working. Light still on but not cold inside. Do not recommend.

I am returning it for a refund. bought in Feb, returning July. Great Job GE, we make good things for flies, not life.

For the size, this freezer holds quite a bit of food. If you just need to keep a minimal amount of food frozen, this is it. Never had a bit of trouble with it.
