    Bought this unit for a rental unit. It looks very nice and has a new style burner that also looks great. No complaints from the tenants.

    We purchased this in May and started noticing problems in June, when only the left side burners worked properly. In July the top left burner stopped working entirely and now we are left looking for a replacement.

    Even though I made this purchase in Dec. And have been tossed around about the delivery date, I'm looking forward to using my range in mid Mar 2021. Thank you for considering my review.

    It came with a big scratch on the front of the stove(at the bottom part) when it was delivered.

    Had delivered and the oven wouldn't get to the proper temperature. Had to have repair to come out 5 days later.

    Works great. If you get this make sure you don't use anything on the stainless steel that scratches it up. Wish my former tenants had known that.

    Burners shut off intermittently

    Product arrived dented twice. 3rd delivery requested. The burners shut off on their own without getting hot. Not sure what's going on. Reached out to Best Buy for support. Will try manufacturer next.

    I have a safety issue, recently I used the oven for the first time and notice that the top of the stove also got very hot.

    We nevered received our range we bought it December 26 2021. The order got pushed back several times and finally cancelled feb 7 2022. Never buy again lousy service!
