Great stove I like that the bottom of the stove drawer can be completely pulled out so you can clean your floor without having to move out the stove.

I’m still learning hose to use this oven but it has a lot of cool features. It takes a bit to warm up which I’m not used too but all the convection settings is super neat. It’s nice and big. I do love the 5th Burner and am able to cook pancakes on it which I love. A must own

Great purchase last month. Cooks great, looks good, too. We actually use the griddle more than we thought we would. My only criticism is that the sides of the griddle are pretty low...so be careful cooking runny things like too many eggs at once on the griddle. Caught it on sale, too. Love it!

Good oven but how do you lock the door for the steam to start?

So far, we like our stove. The only negative is the timer buzzer which you can barely hear it’s so quiet. We like the grill/griddle feature, the air fryer (already tried both out) and the convection and steam cleaning features. Solid stove and easy to use!

I am SO happy with this purchase. This stove is great. I love the griddle, the fact that it is an air fryer, and I use the rapid boil burner every day. Huge improvement over my last stove.

Great purchase! Having different settings is fantastic! I roasted chicken on the convection roast setting and it was perfect! Looking forward to using the center griddle and experimenting with the other features.

Love the range. However it should have come with an additional middle burner and the griddle as an extra item. Also it should have come with an air fryer basket for the oven. I have written to Best Buy regarding obtaining the extra burner but have not heard back.

The range has many newer features such as steam cleaning and air fryer. The griddle is a useful feature. Only wish a complete manual was provided before

Great oven, although the lower ignitor did fail 2 months into owning it. Covered under factory warrenty. Technician said it can be common for new appliances to have this defect due to transit being rough on such a delicate item.

I like my new stove and glad I got it from Best Buy. It is all they said it would be and it works just as I was told by all the people that have one. Thanks, I have nothing to complain about only that it is wonderful and so is the place where I purchased it.

We love this stove. The only issue we have is that in the store the display showed three grates, but it only comes with 2 and the Griddle. No biggie we will purchase the additional grate.

It seems to work well enough, but the build quality is rather poor compared to our previous range (LG). But what really ticked me off (and caused the low rating) is this. It comes with several parts of it covered in a thin plastic, for scratch protection during transport. This is normal and a good thing. What's not good is that there was a piece of steel covered in such plastic where even the parts not accessible from the outside were covered in plastic. I had to partly disassemble the door so that I could get into its inside and remove the protective plastic. Since this was the oven door, this would have stunk every time we used the oven if I hadn't done this. This may explain why some seem to have complaints about this oven stinking every time they use it. What I did (partially disassembling the door to get to all the plastic pieces) is not what a typical owner would do. In the past, I had bought mostly low-price items from GE and wasn't impressed by their build quality. But they were low-price items. This isn't, and I expected something a bit better. It seems they forgot how to manufacture quality -- this isn't it.

My old stove was 21 years old. Can’t believe how fast this oven heats up! Haven’t used all the features yet but will.

I enjoy this item great quality very easy to use. Great way to enjoy family dinner with your family during the holiday. Came in time for family cooking

Absolutely love this range! Hard to get use to the dials turning opposite of our last stove, but in time me big deal. Love the griddle and air fryer!

Excellent product. Over a year later and it is still a great buy to me. I believe I've tried all the functions available, and they all work properly.

wonderful range, very sleek; I replaced the griddle with the optional grate. it works well, gives you more burners available.

Nice stove best buy delivery was on time friendly and fast great job lov love the stove price was fair not tge best deal but fair better then my washer that doesnt clean my clothes it leaves like a gray lint on my good clothes i can wash them better with a rock in the creek the. E cleaner i talked to best by sales and the dont care if you wamt to be the best you muct take care of your good customers and when a manufacturer nakes a washer that does not clean do leave them holding the loss its not there fault but like the stove thanks
