Beautiful stove!! The grates are nice and heavy!! Can’t wait to use the griddle & steam cleaning in oven. Love the different burner sizes. Our old stove finally gave up after 35 years LOL

Has 4 different burners; oven timer and light; steam clean oven; works great! Easy to clean. Griddle is very useful and has replaced my old Hamilton Beach grill Recommended that you also buy JXGRATE1 replacement center grate(not included) to better vent heat when using oven or broiler and also buy a broiler pan (which is also not included).

This stove is literally the best I’ve ever bought. If you love grilling, making pancakes or hamburgers, this is the stove for you. There are 3 different burner size for big to small pots. You would absolutely love this purchase

My new range is not only attractive but reliable. The burners come on instantly when switched on and are easily adjustable. I'm enjoying it very much.

If I could give Best Buy -0 stars I would. It took three different deliveries. The first one look like it fell off a truck it wasn’t even safe to hook up. We had to get someone from the gas company in. We out of pocket to pay for all of our meal out and $225 for someone to come in. After speaking to a very rude representative that left me crying. I went to the store who was more sympathetic to our situation and could not believe the condition of the stove. And after I asked the gentleman not to leave here. He left with the stove sitting in the middle of my kitchen. As a family we had to cook for five days. The second stove that was delivered was also damaged. I stayed very calm and respectful. Had to wait 3 1/2 weeks for a stove to be delivered. Behold the stove was finally delivered. Third stove is good not the best but it’s coming from Best Buy. All said and done the maximum amount Best Buy will compensate you for after 6 weeks of this is $50-$68 One insult after another had I known this I would’ve just gotten it from a different store that treats their customers better.

Great product. Works well. Only thing I don't like is it takes the griddle in the middle a long time to get hot.

The quality of the stove is good. I like it. It took 3 deliveries to get it right but after several weeks I got the stove I first ordered. I’m happy!

Beautiful! Only used twice since installing. But, think it’s going to be worth the effort of choosing it to go with other appliances. One downside is exposed side does not have finished panel like old stove. Only see ugly side since installed. Online information/pictures deceive the eye.

The broiler being at the bottom is too small of an area. And when the power goes out the interior light comes on for some odd reason. That is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Over all its the right size, beautiful style and cooks food evenly well. I would recommend if you do not have a bad back and you use the broiler find one with the broiler up top.
