very happy with this purchase a GE freestanding gas range, I love the easy clean-up and I use the grill a lot

Much different than the Kenmore this range replaced. The GE range is a bit smaller but has better features. This Range has a better appearance than the white range it replaced. The GE Range has updated feature and is quick to start when you are ready to prepare your meals. The broiler take a minute to get use to it being at the bottom where normally the pots are stored which will require more bending the check the food in the broiler, but it's not bad. It appears that it will be a little more time consuming cleaning spills around the top because even though the top is black it required more attention to wipe up and get the black sheen clean. That said the Range feel better when cooking and the burners appear to be very accurate to the setting of the flames All that being said it is a good buy for me.

Really great stove. The griddle in the middle is awesome. Does eggs and pancakes just awesome. A very "beefy" stove, yet elegant

Great design with ergonomic put in mind, the center grille and the knobs are so easy to manage.

The price is right but the quality is suspect. Looks good but feels cheap. Broiler on bottom is inconvenient at best and no storage.

Replaced a 20 yr old Kenmore gas stove with this GE model. Aside from the 4 burners, it was nice to have the additional grill pan in the middle. The continuos surface around the burners also made it easy to clean.

Beautiful stove that i bought for my son and daughter in law for Christmas. They love it. I've bought GE appliances over the years and their at the top of my list along with Whirlpool, Kenmore. I've bought several appliannces and TV's from Best Buy. My go to store! They deliver free. Up untill this year they installed free. That's my only complaint now. Wish they would go back to this.

Easy to install. Griddle is perfect for pancakes and grilled cheese. Broiler does great on brisket.

Ease of use. Large cooking top and nice griddle. Knob material could be sturdier.

Product looks good. However, delivery range has a big dent and scratches

Attractive, convenient, and a nice upgrade from the previous stove. I love a self cleaning oven, wouldn't buy anything less these days. And, easy to use.

I like it, it does not have all the bells and whistles from a modern one but it does the job, what I like the most is the center burner since I can quickly toast some bagels or bread, even make pancakes or some bacon with it, it would end messy but I don't need another pot or pan or even toaster

We made this new purchase about 1 months ago. I'm pleased with this investment. I'm not a big or the best cook. My husband does a lot of cooking. This high performing range has been easy to operate and clean. Both the stovetop top and oven heat fast and cook evenly. The fifth burner has a removable cradle/grill. So chic. I recommend the G.E 5.0 freestanding range. It's fit our lifestyle well.

I love this stove. I have the gas version. Has everything and more that I wanted. I was ambivalent about the center griddle but now I use it all the time. The pre-heat beeps after only 5 minutes but my oven thermometer showed it was not up to temperature. Another 5 minutes and it was at correct temperature. I haven’t tried the broiler yet or the steam cleaning. However the top cleans up easily. I love the way you can slide pots and pans to another burner with no spillage. Once you get used to the features you’ll be glad you bought it.

The steam clean option doesn't do much. This replaced an older stove that had self cleaning and honestly, next purchase will be self clean. Nice looking stove, but grates are super hard to keep clean. Cooks evenly and good size burners. Not sure this will last as the one I replaced a Whirlpool.
