Good presentation, compact, improved model especially in the area of ​​burners. Having a built-in griddle is fantastic!

I am very frustrated with Best Buy. I purchased this range from the Covington La store. The installation was not done correctly. The stove had issues. I had to have the stove replaced. So that was 2 days we had to adjust our work schedule to be home. The new ranges clock does not keep accurate time. I made an appointment and someone came out to ask me to spend a pic of the time being off. They wasted a trip and nothing was fixed. Last week we had an appointment for it to be repaired. The appointment was cancelled by Best Buy.i was out of town working and had to make special arrangements for someone to be at my home. We rescheduled for this week. This appointment was just cancelled by Best Buy. We have spent way too much time on the phone with Best Buy on hold or in the store dealing with issues with new purchases.

Love the stove. It does run hotter than my old one but I'm getting use to adjusting the flame. Very nice looking. only regret is broiler is in the bottom and I'm older and it's harder for me to use this. But I have a large toaster oven and can broil in that.

I ordered this stove online. It is a great stove. I’ve never had the burners in the middle. It’s like a grill. We love it! make quesadillas, pancakes , easy clean up . The burners are easy clean up also. Stove cooks very even. I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Also the delivery was great! On time, great communication. All around A+

This stove was a good replacement for my very old Tappan, which I don't think they make anymore. It's easy to use and clean.

I've had this new gas range for about a month. I can't believe how quickly the oven heats up! The information booklet is only 8 pages and was very easy to quickly read and understand features and operation. The installation by Best Buy was quick and efficient and they removed the old range as well. Very happy with my new gas range so far!!

Love the griddle in the middle, vary spacious. Can actually fit a large pan on the stove top and use the griddle at the same time.

Love this stove, the oven preheats quickly and i do love the griddle . Haven’t used the self clean feature yet. Love cooking on it.

We like this range, but when we used the over there was a major issue with the heating system.. We have a Geek Squad membership, so I called and scheduled them to come to our home and evaluate the situation. A certified gas appliance service team was at our home the next day and determined that it was necessary to exchange the product due to a factory defect. Our replacement is already on its way. We like the stove and have ordered the same model as a replacement.
