Unhappy with misleading information

I've always hated trying to get those cleaned. I also chose the steam clean thinking I could use that and when I had cooked on grease to remove, I could use a chemical oven cleaner. I found out afterwards that the grates are dishwasher safe if they have a ceramic coating on the bottom. Of course, the one I bought does not, and the video about it made me think that all models would have this feature. There was no "on selected models in the video. Then when I first cleaned the oven, I read the manual, and it says that chemical cleaners can damage the inside of the oven and should not be used. I would not purchase this stove again.
