The cast iron grates are not seasoned correctly and they rust immediately after cleaning it. Even using the right cleaning products (GE says mild soap and water) it immediately started looking dirty and rusty. I have had to watch numerous videos and do extensive research on how to clean rust off, how to season and oil and bake the grates. Nightmare. I never wanted all this extra work.

My family loves this stove very easy, reliable, and great price.

I bought this for a rental property. There were what appeared to be hand/finger prints on the stainless after I opened the box, which was a little disappointing. Also, the plastic leveling legs weren't long enough to raise the range high enough to be level with the tile counter top, as the instructions indicated. Overall the range looks nice and functions.

Works good should spend a little more nd get one with air fryer

The center Griddle is great if you have kids that like pancakes. Down side is no storage drawer.

We bought this Range for mi madre and she has really enjoyed the upgrade. It's simple to use and does what it's supposed to do. The only downside is that the griddle takes a while to heat up, sometimes we use our comal for the tortillas because it takes a while to heat up. However, it's a minor inconvenience.

New ranges at least this one did not come with a broiler pan. Also the bottom drawer doesn’t pull out only the cook rack inside it. It comes with a griddle in the middle but for an added cost you can buy a burner cover for that area. I just feel for the price you pay you should get a complete range

We have had this oven for about 3 months now and it has been great. There is plenty of room on the top for cooking with multiple pans and even a built in griddle that is easily removed for cleaning. Inside the oven has plenty of room and it also has a broiler underneath. My mother has the same one (just one year earlier model) and she loves hers too.

Decent looking oven but does not come with a cooking grate for center burner- only grill. And the broiler does not pull out like a drawer on bottom. The broiler door only hinges open & closed. Very difficult and dangerous to use.

If the built in griddle wasn't enough, the slow simmer burner is a joy to use, as is the steam clean option for the oven itself. The look is super professional and it looks amazing in my newly remodeled kitchen. I can't find a single negative thing to say about it.

Just what I was looking for. The 5th burner is really nice and convenient. I also purchased the extra burner grate. The griddle works well for grilling. I have also used the steam cleaning on the oven which I prefer over the shelf cleaning method. No awful smell with thexsteam cleaning feature.
