    The item does not come out of good quality, it came out with a defect, when you turn on a screw on the right, it turns on the left, a total disaster

    The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because I have not used all of the features such as the griddle and the broiler. Plus the steam clean does not work at all.

    Oven has gone out in under 3 months and GE has zero support available over the weekend. Very disappointing that I can't at least get it scheduled for repair. I'll update review after I see there responsiveness.
