very nice machine but the tub stability sensors fail too much

This washer is everything you need! It’s absolutely amazing! It has so many different variations of wash cycles to fit your needs, and my favorite part is how quiet it is.

We upgraded from an old GE. Love the soap dispenser!

Very loud machine. I would strongly urge DO NOT BUY THE 3 or 5 BEST BUY WARRANTY. It’s a waste of your money. They will give you the run around and they just send you to manufacture.

After using for only 5 months, water began to pool in the back. At first, I thought it was something I did. Then after about 5 more loads, realized it wasn't me but the washer. Most recently, we had to run the separate spin cycle 3 times just to get the water to drain just enough for me to put them in the dryer without water dripping everywhere. Called Geek Squad only to find out a replacement part is needed before they looked at it. It makes no sense to me that BB knows they are selling defective products and doesn't even alert the consumer that there is an issue.

We purchased this washer specifically because of the Microban and air dry feature of the drum with the front door closed. Lots of front load washers get mold due to water and humidity being trapped with the door closed. This washer has a feature to draw in air and periodically roll the drum to help keep the drum dry and mold free.

If you want a machine that uses water then this machine ISN’T for you, it hardly uses any water, it only saturated the clothes. I washed 5 loads of laundry and none of them came out clean, I had to rewash everything 2-3 times and it still didn’t get the deodorant smell off of arm pits. My daughters twin size blanket which had a fresh stain on it didn’t get clean and the stain wasn’t removed, I had to take it to the laundry mat and use their machines that actually use water. How much water and energy is saved when you have to rewash everything multiple times to try get clean? Please give us more water in these washers! This machine arrived scratched so Best Buy had ordered me a replacement but since I wasn’t satisfied with how this machine cleaned the clothes everything was returned. I am satisfied with Best Buy but not this machine.

Unit stopped working in a year. When I called GE, they said it is an issue with this model.

This is a beautiful washer! The reviews were phenomenal. Unfortunately, I moved into a brand new home and this kept tripping my GFI outlet. The electricians who wired my home said this washer pulls so much power I would need an expensive rewiring for this to work in my home. I ended up returning for an LG washer/dryer set. But I was excited about this washer’s ultravent system

Good washer. Happy with with the product and speed in which it was delivered.

This has been a terrible purchase so far. Bought the first week of November, after 4 days the washer started throwing error codes. We have had GE Appliances out, found the water line was damaged during installed, filed an insurance claim with Best Buy, had a plumber out to fix, and the washer still doesn't work on many cycles like Sanitary. For owning this for a month, it's been awful.

I purchased this washer in Dec of 2022, and I have not been happy with it. This is my first GE washer, and even though I was skeptical about purchasing it because I have never owned a GE washer I still went ahead and did it because of it's many features.But I wish I hadn't. It is LOUD and CLUNKY. I do not like it. It shakes my entire upstairs when it's on spin or whatever cycle. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Not impressed with the auto Distribute feature with the discharge I have had to rewash my love because they were not clean enough

This washer does the best job of cleaning my clothes of any front loader I have experience with. And the odor eliminating vent system works as advertised.

One of the worst washing machines I ever bought. It uses so very little water that clothes come out partially dry and it is not from spinning but from not getting wet. There are models that allow you to choose extra water. Be sure thats the one you buy. Unfortunately mine does not have that option, so I have to pause, open the door and manually add water with the bucket....the biggest pain in the neck. I would not recommend this machine.

After only one year, the washing machine started to fill up with water when I was doing a load. It didn't matter if it was one small item or a few. So I had to undo the outlet at the bottom and let the water out manually. Now I have to do this every other day, and the gasket is going out.

Unbelievable machine. Super capacity along with super functionality.

This is a great front load washer. I can fit my big comforters in it with no problem. I love the color too.
