Because these new appliances do not come with overall instruction manuals, I have to look things up on the computer, i.e. convection oven. I've never had a convection oven so it will be a learning experience, but had no idea how to use it. I would like to see the instruction manuals return. Outside of that it's a beautiful addition to my kitchen.

I haven't had a new one in over 30 yrs. so, I am learning how to use the 'convection' setting. Burners are incredibly more powerful than my old stove. I love the small burner for 'simmer', still learning how to maximize the use of the different size burners. But overall cooks incredibly even. Love it!

Love this GE Stove in Slate

For fewer repairs and maintenance they recommended going with the GE Brand. It's the best advice I ever got.
