This 30" slide-in profile Range replaced the same brand/model that I purchased around 2004. This range is a complete joke from the flimsy grates to the way the stove top is assembled ... with very visible screws and rubber stoppers that pop out at will. This is my third Range since November 2017. The first was damaged during delivery. The second was delivered and installed with a non functioning oven light and circuit board. The oven light in the third Range went out in about two weeks and now the oven has a chemical smell whenever we turn it on. The Profile used to be a nice, solid, quality Range worth the premium cost. I am returning it.

I purchased and returned this stove 4 times. First stove had loose parts under the bottom. Second stove had a completely loose burner unit under the stove. This is the because of the way the stove is boxed and because the bottom is completely open (no protection). The 3rd stove was completely hot to the touch and heat came out from the front while food was cooking. The 4th stove was damaged when dropped off (very noticeable dent). Loose screws were evident in different spots in each unit. DO NOT BUY THIS STOVE. Side note: Best Buy was awesome in their customer service process. GE was not.

Please remove my email address from Gary BLairs account. I don’t know him and don’t want to know his account business with this store. I have called many many times for this to be removed but no one seems to know how to remove my email address from Gary’s account with this store. Take him off or remove my email account from his account please!!!!!!!

It's not functioning properly. The flames of the front burner periodically exceed four inches. Not happy with my Best Buy GE refrigerator that I paid almost $3,000 including tax etc. A door plastic storage container was cracked. The crack was small so I let it go but within a week it fell off the door. An indentation is inside the fridge. Initially I thought it was part of the design, but now realize it is damaged. I find it disconcerting that I would pay extra for quality and not get it. I call Best Buy and no one ever answers the phone. I go in to see a manager and he / she i not available. It's incredibly frustrating.

Very Disappointed with delivery personnel. They were unprofessional and unhelpful. They wouldn’t hook up the stove and took off a door and wouldn’t put it back on—they just left. I don’t know if I would order again because the delivery is so poor. We had very good delivery service from the freestanding Pacific Sales stores.

We bought this product in the middle of June 2019 I was told the gas smell go away in a few days he proceeded to get worse and we have the gas company come out and tell us that the heating elements no good did they sell us a faulty stove I think so be careful if you buy one like this

After 1 year it shot flames out of the circuit board other than that it's a good looking stove. Make sure you get the protection plan
