Wonderful washing machine!

We literally wore them out. So far this washer is amazing. It's so heavy that even with a large load and rigorous washing it doesn't budge, which we can't have since it fits right under our cabinets. The massive capacity means I can wash large bedding with ease. It's my new favorite toy! Love it!

Microband material and air venting did not prevent mold around the liquid auto dispenser. Air drying open tray does not prevent mold within dispenser.

Stuck with wet clothes in there for 2 weeks. Have a total tech plan which geek squad came out and there was no attempt to try to repair anything. Ordered a main board and new lock mechanism and will have to wait an additional week. The fresh vent doesn’t work as intended - it still would smell musty after using it after each wash.

For the motherboard and door lock issue, please continue working with your extended warranty provider, as they're truly best equipped to assist you in this case. As for the musty smell you're experiencing, we recommend trying the troubleshooting tips on page 34 of the Use and Care Manual in the "Bad odor inside your washer" section. You can locate the Use and Care Manual in the "From the Manufacturer" section of this product page.
