From many cycles available to automatically determining the size of the load, balancing it and adding exactly the amount of detergent required, this machine does it all.

Only downside is that it is so deep I can barely reach the bottom when taking out the clothes. Of course, I am only 5'1" so I think that is the problem.

I had to buy this size because queen size eiderdown fits well to be washed at home vs taking it the dry cleaners. Good buy. The down side is that you need a step ladder to recover from the bottom of the drum any small items such as socks or underwear but all in all it's worth the effort. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Also, like all the options to choose from. Have not used the Wash Station yet as we have only had it for a couple of weeks. I swear our clothes are cleaner now. The deep drum is awesome, although I have to stretch or use a step stool to get clothes from the bottom.

Great after getting used to it.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wish I could do more like 4.5 stars because we are definitely happy with it overall, but theres been some getting used to when coming from a Maytag from the 90's. Its not hard to use by any means once you start getting used to how each mode functions and things like water levels vs the auto soap dispenser. One thing to point out is that the DELICATES setting certainly lives up to its name... I think you could damned near was a load of raw eggs and not worry about any cracking lol. I've since started using the ACTIVE WEAR option instead since it has a slightly harder agitation and gets things cleaner.

I love the smart features and that I can get notified when my laundry is ready. It cleans really well and uses so much less water than my old washer, while cleaning better.

You can load the machine and delay the start or start from your iPhone when out, I haven’t tried it yet. Love the fact I don’t have to put detergent in for every use, it automatically puts it in based on the load size. Only down fall for me is that I need a step stool or gripper to remove clothes because I am only about 5 ft So far it hasn’t gone off balance like a lot of reviews stated. Now I have to save up for the large load dryer.

Although the washing machine is nice, it is a bit too large. E.g., for a small load, I sometimes have to go on my tiptoes to retrieve the wash from the bottom of the washer (I'm 5'5"). I am also not a fan of not having an agitator as often the items being washed get all tangled. In addition, the elastic in some garments has deteriorated in this washer, therefore, I will now have to start washing certain items on the gentle cycle when I didn't have to do that with my previous washer.

We found that tangled, twisted or knotted clothes are usually the result of wash loads that were not properly sorted. To keep this from happening avoid mixing heavy items with light items, avoid putting too many or too few items in the washer and make sure you set the proper water level for the size load you are doing. Extra large capacity cleaning

Slightly louder than expected mechanical gear sounds but not terrible if your laundry is in a closet away from areas you want to be quiet.
