While we're glad to hear your experience has been not bad overall, we do hate to hear you had an issue with the detergent dispenser becoming clogged. We know having to have a technician out to correct that would have been an inconvenience. Information on cleaning out the detergent tank is available on page 20 of your manual, if you need that in the future. We do at least a load a day. The only reason we gave it 4/5 was because we had to wait for it to be delivered,

I was actually looking at the smaller one and it was about the same price. My husband isn’t a small man and It is amazing on his dirty work clothes and super easy to use. I love that it dispenses my detergent. It really is amazing. Haven’t had a problem. I fully recommend
