Why have a washer that supposedly handles large loads if it becomes unbalanced each time! We spend so much time rearranging clothes and using the drain and spin option! When a load is finished (no setting to show completed cycle) but you assume it’s done because it’s not running, as I attempt to put them in the dryer and they are soaking wet! I see I’m not the only person with this issue! Can’t handle a set of sheets and a light blanket, more than 5 small towels, it’s ridiculous. buyer beware!

This washer lets me wash my blankets with no problem. I had been looking for a washer for a while. I had looked it up and it said this washer was a good one.

I'm never worried about my clothes getting tangled because there is no agitator. Also it has a lot of settings that let me customize my cycles.

It definitely smart. I was a little worried about it being quiet from the review on consumer reports. They definitely got this one wrong. For the money a very good buy.

I am certainly using less water to do laundry than I did before and the WI-FI alarm letting you know when it's time to unload is great.

The only problem for me personally is that the tub is so deep I have to use something to get the items off the bottom as I can not reach down that far.

I actually needed a step stool! It worked great, but ultimately we returned it.

During the spin cycle the drum bangs against the sides of the unit and the machine jumps around the floor, and it eventually just stops with an error. The dryer has issues as well. Best Buy is not willing to support me on this, I will never buy from this awful company again. Horrible experience all around and now I am basically out $1,900.
