    No manual for GE range,called 800 for copy, they won't send them out anymore, so I'm STUCK with a new range that I can't get instructions how to use the air fryer or self cleaning oven.I will NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Best Buy EVER!!!! They wouldn't help me and get me one.

    Was good while it lasted but went out after 23 months of use. Going to see what it costs to repair it but the deal I got on it doesn't seem worth it anymore.

    I really like the range. Keeping the black glass top grease free drives me a little crazy but still glad we bought it. It makes me mad that I have to download a manual.

    I received the wrong range and can not get the correct one. There are 2 versions of this range. One has the model number JP655YK6FS, it does not have an air fryer. The other has model number JP655YK8FS, it does have an air fryer. The only difference is the 6 or 8 digit. The only reason I know this is because I called GE to see what the issue was, BestBuy had no idea. I bought this expecting it to have an air fryer since that is what the add says but I keep getting the one with no air fryer. They have sent three of them and none of them are correct. I have called and spent 20+ hours on the phone and no luck getting anything fixed.

    Love the air fryer feature. We use it almost every day. The warming burner is a great feature as well. The burners have an even cook to them.
