Overall its a great stove even tho it looks like its missing screws (it comes like that from factory ) .. and actual plug is not included im fascinated w it !

I am looking at my second stove from Best Buy. The first one had a broken drawer when it arrived and also scratches on the surface plus rubber lining was messed up on the top of the stove. The second one has a dent on the left side plus scratches on the surface and scratches on the outside of the top of the stove and above the knobs. I am so disappointed! It looks like they got a bad batch of these stoves from the warehouse over in Polk city.

So far it's perfect. Samsung ovens are made with quality. The air fryer is a nice perk.

I bought this in September 2022, The top Glass cracked while I was cooking just after two years. customer service can't offer anything.

The top scratched the very first time i used it abd looks horrible. Will never get the flat top style again.

Had the unit for almost a month and it works fine. Main drawback is the length of time it takes to preheat. Plan on at least 12-15 minutes to get to temperature depending on how high the desired temperature is. Did not come with a manual and the online version is OK but still lacks some detail. Convection and air fryer modes seem to work as designed.

We have owned this range for 6 weeks, and so far it has been great. The eyes heat up fast and the convection and air fry options work as they should. My only complaint is that the glass cook top is hard to keep clean. However, as a first time glass cook top owner, I think that’s par for the course. I will say that we paid for the geek squad install. Very impressed with how professional the two guys were. They made sure the oven was level, tested all of the functions and spent plenty of time showing me how to operate all of the functions.

I Love because is easy to clean,fantastic the airfryer. I like chicken wing there. Easy to use.

I love the airfryer feature! Best part of the stove. Howere the oven temperature is irractic. If you ser the oven on bake for 400 degrees it may be 10 to 15 degrees off (lower) other times it only 5 or 10 degrees off. So you end up having guess the temperature want by seeting the oven high to achieve the heat level. Not good for temperature soecific recipes. Also the oversized heating element takes an extremely long time to heat up. It too seems to be somewhat temperature challenged. Not ideal for cooking large pot items require high boil rate. I paid $800 + tax for this stove in July 2023. Somewhat disappointing. I give 4 stars for airfryer feature. But as to heating elements I give the stove 2 1/2 stars

The stove has been good so far. The extra burner is a nice add on for just keeping something warm or slow heat up as you cook. Just like most glass tops, it does get crud burned on it but so far some “pink stuff” and a damp dish sponge get the rings off with out scratching the top. The convection oven is nice to use with pies and cakes. Helps cook things evenly.

We are loving our new oven! The stove top has 5 cooking areas, the 2 front have dual size rings and the 5th is a warming area which is very helpful. We are loving the convection oven feature for soft centers and crispy outsides (for cookies and crab cakes). Also loving the Air Fry feature to heat-up chicken wings and french fries. Looking forward to trying new things in the future. Would recommend!

Six bottles of spices fell out of my cabinet, one in a glass jar. This made a starburst, and a crack from front to back, on my ceramic cooktop. I wasn't prepared to buy a new stove, but off I went. I am absolutely in love with this new General Electric range. Self clean, steam clean, no preheat air fry, bake, broil, convection oven, a warming burner. I can honestly say, I'm glad I bought it.

We replaced our 10 year old GE with this one .. so far it is working great! My only “wish” is that it was fingerprint proof.. I’m always wiping marks around knobs and buttons .. I also wish that a manual was included since we are just learning convection and air frying- I have to print off all the pages.. overall we are happy with this purchase..

A great value including features like convection for even heating, self cleaning and air fry. Also looks very nice with stainless steel and black glass. Setting the clock is easy once you learn to press both the + and - buttons simultaneously.

Before purchasing I thought it might be nice to have a warming burner, but after using this range I think it might have been better to omit the warmer and reposition the other 4 burners. The reason is that the smaller burners in the back are too close to the control panel so that you really can’t use them. The glass top really needs to be cleaned with a special glass cleaner after every use, or else the nice glass top won’t look so nice anymore. It does get clean but it is a lot of effort after every use. The audible alarm isn’t very loud and cannot be heard from another room. There does not seem to be any way to increase the volume. If you plan on direct wiring this range, note that any large lugs you use may not fit well on the back panel of this range. Bring a lug with you to the store and maybe ask to look at the back panel of a store model. Otherwise, this range and oven seems to work very well. The top burners heat up very quickly and the oven has produced some nice roasts and cakes so far. The door and storage bin are easy to remove.

This Convection Range replaces a very similar model that I had about 10 years. I am amazed how much it has improved. I find the burners respond much quicker to temperature change, so cooking is easier. Love the Control Panel improvements. Words can't describe the Convection/Air Fryer options in the oven!

Well laid out controls and easy to use. Nice to have a convection oven and an air fryer. The ceramic glass cooktop is easy to clean with the cleaner that comes with it, a little bit goes a long way. It also has one of the roomiest storage draws that is not flimsy like some of the other ranges I looked at.

Glass top, 5 element, air fryer, standard and convection oven, broiler, storage drawer were all the things I was looking for in a new free standing range. It’s easy to use and works well.

Love this oven! It has everything on it you need for cooking! The guys like the air fryer; it’s a wonderful addition! Self cleaning feature is the best! No scrubbing.

Excellent cooking, easy to clean. I enjoy the air fry and convection options.
