Tired of bad workmanship

I read everything and got the type of pans they recommended and have been extremely careful and they are still scratching. I had glass tops on my old stove for 12 or more years and they never scratched. This is a ploy to get you to buy another stove.

I love the convection bake, roast as well as the air frying features. The thing I don’t like is the cook top. The first week I got it and used it, the front burner got a white haze/film that cannot be removed. I got a replacement cooktop after one week of ownership and the new cooktop did the same thing on the same burner. There seems to be a defect in the material composition of the cooktop that is causing the discoloration. My new range looks like it is a few years old vs a few months old.I feel like this range was not cheap so it should not have this issue. I had the older model of this electric range for over 9 years that did not have this issue. The stove top in general seems to get dirty or smeared/discolored easily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend Works fine. Pan drawer is flimsy.

I could not be more pleased with the range and the 2 that sold it to me. Just happy with whole process.their names are on my receipt. But do not have it at this time. They were just GREAT!!!

One gentleman was Leroy but I can't remember the other one's name. They are a great advertisement for Best Buy.

Contacted Best Buy immediately about the problem. Best Buy would exchange the range, but we had to wait a week for delivery. We could not use the oven without fear.

There were very few choices at the time so we went with this because it had a shorter wait. Lots of cookies and pie baking, along w weekly pizza.
