The instructions, however, are not as clear as desirable. I have not used all the features, but the little panel is self-explanatory. Otherwise I do no have complaints. I like it that the light turns on by knocking on the door. The convection roasting works well.

The burners run a bit on the hot side and turn on and off with the heat not a consistent setting which is different, Overall not a bad product for the price.

Best Buy has some great people doing what they can to make a pleasant experience. Lara was one such person. Some of the delivery teams are better than others with the installer who just left being excellent. The product works as described but GE's QC could be better.

We got that and have had no issues so far with those things. But, we find the user interface of this oven to be so counter-intuitive as to downgrade the rating to at most 3 stars. I haven't seen an oven in this price range that separates the timer from the clock from the oven temp, although that would be nice to have. But, given that these features compete, it's reasonable to expect that the designers make it easy to control the competing features in an intuitive way. But they don't. Want to turn on the oven on AND set the timer? Make sure you set the start button in the correct sequence. And if you want to stop the timer, you need the manual to learn how to keep the oven from turning off too. These are common use cases so we're getting used to how different this oven is from our previous one. Just wish the designers had made it easier.

One drawback is the drawer. Total piece of garbage and would be a 5 star rating but for the drawer. It's a minus 2 stars.great features. Also had to return a range because TouchPad quit working but Best Buy replaced it with no problems.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Gets close to the temperature quickly, but then there's a little delay in actually hitting the desired temperature (I have an oven thermometer), e.g. it might say 350 on the monitor, but then it takes another 5 or so minutes before it says 350 on the oven thermometer. That's probably standard for all ovens, honestly

So far, burners and oven work well. I like the air fry feature, as I have no room in my kitchen for a separate fryer. I deducted one star because the smooth top on this range is tougher to clean than my previous model. All-in-all, I like it very much. As for purchase and delivery, the stove came in a full month before promised date and the delivery crew was great.
