The oven works fine, the bottom storage drawer has to be lifted up to open.

The stove top is easy to clean and functions very well. The oven heats up quickly and retains the temperature throughout the operation. I recommend this item.

So far, it works perfectly. The downside,which is not a deal breaker, is that the preheat sound is just one small beep.

I've had it for several months. now and no issues. 4 stars only because of my personal rating system. Products that do their job well get 4 star; 5 stars is reserved for products that amaze me for some reason (features, functionality, fit and finish, pricing). For example, I like the small/large option selection for the burners according to the pan size used. It heats faster than the one replaced.
