I've had it for several months. now and no issues. 4 stars only because of my personal rating system. So far, it works perfectly. The downside,which is not a deal breaker, is that the preheat sound is just one small beep.

The only thing I don't like is the glass top, it seems to show were and tear marks. We only had it for a few months. Like I said so far everything else is working great.

My past range & refrigerator lasted 23 years. I am a bit disappointed in the surface cleaning of this new range. It is difficult to clean when there is any type of spill. The products that I have used in the past require a lot of elbow grease to get the surface clean and it still leaves residue.
