It is not that this particular stove has a problem I have come to note that is all of these stoves. It doesn't bake right. I have been told that it is because the divergent temp range in the new stoves is much less that the old stoves. I need to let it preheat to 350 then cut the temp back and bake longer. Tried it. My pie was dried out and still not browned. The glass top burners look nice. There is no simmer. If I want to keep a pan warm it just continues to boil on the lowest setting and sticks or burns if not constantly stirred. I have always loved to cook. Now I spend the time cursing at this stove. The salesman told me it was a faster stove. Instead most things take twice as much time or effort to be able to cook several things at the same time.

The safety option is nice as well, when the burners are still hot it alerts you before setting an item on it that is prone to damage.

The glass top heats up fast and stays where you set it. The oven works very well with two temps for the broiler. The bottom drawer actually works like it should.

I like the oven light being able to be turned on without opening the oven door but so not like that the light does not come on when you open the door. Cooks food quickly and thoroughly.

Plus it had two chips on the top front of the stove. I was given $100.00 credit in store. But after I use up the credit I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BEST BUY ! I WILL NOT DEAL WITH A STORE THAT YOU CANNOT CONTACT DIRECTLY !
