When they texted the estimated time of arrival, it was exact to the minute. The two young guys carried it up two flights of stairs to my condo unit and they gently placed it into place, tested to make sure it worked, and instructed me on how it worked. The oven is basic and, so far, has been functioning well.

Stove works great; easy to clean; clear dials; easy to use. I will purchase a new refrigerator at Best Buy in the next 3-6 months. Install guys were outstanding, polite, professional, helpful.
