The process of purchasing this item from Best Buy was a headache. I placed my order at the beginning of September, it was supposed to be delivered late October. Received a notice the day prior that my delivery date was canceled. Wasnt allowed to get a new date until the beginning of December. The wait was ridiculous and I received nothing for my inconvenience. The delivery workers were amazing. Very professional and informative. Super fast and very polite. Very nice stove. Color matched perfectly. Cook top takes some getting used to due to the cleaning aspect of it. The glass gets stained very easily. Had to purchase a scraper and special cleaner just to get it clean. Noticed random spots already. Love that the controls are on the top and not infant. Only issue so far is keeping it residue free.

My 24 year old oven burnt out the day of delivery. I knew it was going but did not think it was that close to death. Anyway, this GE electric range exceeds all my expectations and it alone improves the look of my kitchen. Solid machine and a steal at this price.

We have had GE electric ranges for several years in our full time home. We recently replaced our condo range with this GE oven. Ordering online was simple and we scheduled delivery online. The range was delivered as promised during the 2 hour scheduled window. Installation was smooth and included the anti tip foot bracket. The installer was courteous and efficient. He highlighted to us to "bake out the oven" before first use which we did. There were no mars, dents or scratches. Everything works as it should. This range gives much better and consistent burner heat control than the one we replaced. The oven heats evenly. All in all, a very good experience.

Love the smooth top for cleaning. Self cleaning option has not been needed yet, but so nice to know it's there.

I've had this range for some time now and I'm still impressed. Most impressive to me is the response time; turn a burner on and almost immediately it's hot. Makes meals quickly. Easy cleaning and reliable.

Oven works great. Heats up pretty quickly, nicely. The only issue I have is the marks on the stove top over time. Looks like its burnt or build up of some kind. Anyone help me out how to get rid of those marks? thanks.

Great Stove and easy to use. Great space and easy to cleaned.

This oven does it all and does it well. Heats up quick, cools off quickly and cooks evenly. Only drawback is it’s not easy to clean but we’ll figure it out.

Easy to install. Owners manual non existent, Knobs and touch pad easy to use. Only concern is not much insulation and when oven is used, the cooktop is very warm to the touch. Other than that, a good oven with even cooking.
