No one in the store could help and to replace it would cost more than a new range. Would not recommend or ever buy GE again.

I was so excited to finally find a company that sold a simple white stove to go with the apartment and got approval from my landlord to purchase my own. LG's self-cleaning stove fit the bill! It was on sale, and Best Buy let me have it for 6-mo interest free billing. I now cook every day, trying new recipes and enjoying my new toy! It works beautifully, cleans well, and has the small/large "burners" on top and the oven evenly cooks everything. It is perfect.

There is no consistency between the burners. My wife and I have either owned or used in rentals numerous ranges, most of which were GE, which we always liked. This is the worst ever. Hopefully this is an artifact of Covid and poor training of new associates. I recommend avoiding GE for awhile at least.
