Burners do not maintain a steady temperature, which makes it difficult/impossible to simmer or keep things at a low temperature without burning.

Very nice range and a fair price. Not fancy, but very functional. Pleased with purchase.

Well the range finally was delivered. I received a text informing me of the delayed ( the day after I purchased )so I had to re-schedule from Sept 30 to Oct. 23. With many phone calls and going to Waterford, CT. store --I was able to get the range delivered Oct. 2 because the range was shipped to New Jersey then New Haven, CT. Also the delivery gentlemen (2) were very professional and nice to talk with.

It’s a good oven got it for a friend, They liked it very much, so we bought a microwave to go with it

We just bought a new stove for our home 2-3 weeks ago.Still getting use to cooking on it. So far I’m satisfied with the stove.

This was an ok range for the basics. Returned it because it was a little small and for almost the same price you can get a range with a convection oven!

When received one of the burners had come loose so a GE repair man came out and fixed it. The main problem is the stove over heats. You can cook with the burner on 1 or 1.5 but don't walk off as it will burn or boil whatever you're cooking. Having GE come back to hopefully correct problem. 2 service calls in 2 weeks. Will never buy a major appliance from BB again as they only give you 14 days to return. So now I'm stuck with GE but not BB.

This was a good oven for the price. It has all the standard features and is easy to clean.

It's fine but don't like how the top cleans. Do like the placement of the burners.

bought this to replace my stove that we removed to take to our cabin. does what I need it to do.

Love the unit and the area underneath for storage is ideal. Yes, I realize it's a warming drawer, but I prefer to store baking sheets and other items in that drawer. It's a great size compared to many other makes and models. My only complaint is the time it takes to preheat the oven can take a while, but I did replace a smaller unit, so this statement may be unfair. At any rate, no real complaints.

No idea why this is happening but one of the burners is discoloring. Shouldn’t happen so soon. Two months old.

I had in mind white top stove, when they deliver it turnout to be black top. Was not very happy. The bottom storage compartment doesn't fit as much as old stove was. But heats up fast. The bad part about it makes pretty loud noise while heats up. I am just not used to. Will see.. but I didn't get what I was hoping for.

this is my 2nd stove, the 1rst the glass surface crack in less than 13 days. now im waiting to see how this one will do

We used only suggested pants on the cooktop and a huge crack developed. Multiple calls to GE revealed apparently this is not part of their one-year warranty. however, thanks to Best Buy being awesome and having the Geek Squad warranty, we had it taken care of. The stove I would not recommend. Best Buy, I love.

Everything works as it should and it looks wonderful in our kitchen.ovens heat up quickly.

We purchased this at the same time we replaced our dishwasher. Wanted to get matching equipment even though our current range was still basically functional. Not used to the ceramic top since our last electric range had discrete burners. Certainly looks nice and improves the marketability of our house.
