I haven't heard anything about the new one coming in yet and it's past the return date. it just shows delivered. it took 3 weeks for the initial order delivery and it's been 5 weeks after that. I've been waiting for my stove for 2 months now. just kind of unsure what to do now

Still undecided on the two burners on one. Seems that you need to use the large burner all the time. Baked scalloped potatoes last night and it took a longer time for the to be cooked. So the rating is still to be decided.

The very first time i used it i was boiling potatoes &they boiled over & i havent been able to get it clean since. I even used the specific cleaner that was included but it didnt work. Only get if u r perfect & never get anything on the burners. Other than that it is great.

A glass bottle fell from the counter top and hit the front of the oven. The glass bottle did not even break but the glass on the front of the oven did. After this happened I looked carefully at the glass. It is much too thin and broke from a slight tap.

I have paid for them to deliver, install with an aditional cable that I had to pay and I also pay for them to pick up my old appliance. They did not install the new equipment with the cable and they did not pick up my old appliances and even if I call them to inform about the situation they are playing around with me to avoid doing the missing part of the service. Be very carefull with those people they do not deliver what you request for!!!!!!!!

I called and they said they can't get any one to come fix it for a week. So I have no stove to cook my meals at 86. Worker left me a mess to clean up and broke the base board on the cabinet by the stove Ask me different times for items, I would expect the installers would have with them.

Instlation was very poor

He did not try my suggestion to fix it. I told a friend who installs appliances and he agreed that they were being lazy and wanted to get to their next install. He came over and made the adjustment with my suggestion. Now it fits as it should.
