Please know that all of our cooking products meet UL (Underwriters' Laboratories) safety standards. Underwriters' Laboratories have evaluated external temperatures for ranges and have communicated the acceptable external temperatures for a range product (including glass doors). Glass Top Cracked

Best Buy is telling me that they won't stand behind the warranty (and I'm a Totaltech member). Unfortunately, Best Buy has lost my trust.

The weird part is the big home improvement stores are all open. Purchased June 7th. There was suppose to be a 30+ day wait, until the end of July. So be it. Got an e-mail that there would be another delay and now "it scheduled" for August the 8th. Here's hoping. As a side note my wife just called me and told me the bill had arrived from BB. REALLY??? On a stove I haven't even seen.

I understood that. Then u have the nerve to charge me and send me a bill for an item i am getting in 2 mths. Shame on you. I have had an acct for yrs and always pay on time. I am so mad.
