I've been on hold with the Alpaharetta store for over an hour and have not spoken with anyone. I've searched my order and the web site for a way to file a service claim and there's none to be found.

We hate to hear you’ve had trouble keeping the stovetop clean; we know any blemish on the appliance would be frustrating to deal with, especially when your range is so new. We’d like to assist. We recommend cleaning with a ceramic cooktop cleaner, both before the first usage and regularly/as needed; this will help protect the cooktop and keep it looking new. When you actually use the cleaner, we recommend shaking the cream well and applying a few drops directly to the cooktop. Then, use a non-scratch cleaning pad or paper towel to clean the entire surface. After, use a dry cloth or power towel to remove any residue; there is no need to rinse. We recommend not heating the cooktop until it has been thoroughly cleaned. Cleaning instructions are listed in the manual as well, on page 21 of the Care and Cleaning section; if you wish to view that, you can find the manual on our GE website by searching for the model number. I like that there's a separate control for the front burners,(small and large burners in the same area). These can be used on either side, your choice of which you want to use. Turn the knob right for large, turn left for small, no need for 6 burners. The only drawback is: the area around the burners is already scratched with no way to fix it

Such as pushing on and off the oven light. It cooks really well. No complaints. All positive reviews. I have bought msny appliances in my life but, it seems that they have always last longer and work much better coming from Bestbuy.

I was not sure if it would go with the appliances that I have which are black. The GE stove goes perfectly, and it is so beautiful. I am so glad I bought this stove. I do miss that the oven light does not automatically come on when you open the oven door, as my previous did. But that's not a bummer, I am getting use to turning the oven light button. Love, Love, Love my oven.

The top burners seem to run hot and be careful with the top glass, it scratches easily. The bottom drawer is a bit smaller than most others I have had but plenty of items still fit. The Range itself is a good product overall but the service and installation service leaves A LOT to be desired. The stove was not installed correctly and my floors were scratched in the process of the installation.
