Range is nice but i had to return mine because the oven had 30-40 degree heat swings (this is in idle when it claims its at the specified temp), not when the burner is on). its burnt, or close to, everything i baked.
Not part of the review, but 15 day return policy is ridiculous. I'll be buying my appliances elsewhere.

My review is on the installation these guys almost blew up my house they came to install my gas stove i purchased wrong connection my wife kids was sleeping I went to work hours later my wife called me saying the house smelled like gas, called bed but took forever to speak to someone got bounced around until I finally spoke to someone I told them my worries and they replied with I’ll try to get someone out there today. Try ? Oh no I lost it… called the city gas and they told us to evacuate the house but they they came quick !!! Apparently the installers used the wrong hose.. she touched it and it came loose…. Best Buy could’ve killed my family and blown up the house!!! All they competed me was the delivery and installment refunded ? And a 50$ gift card?? That’s insane and horrible for something this serious ? 4 hours of gas running through my house kids wife woke up light headed good thing no electronics was turned on!!!! Buyer beware with Best Buy professional installers!!!’

The stove does not currently work. When I attempted to use the oven, it tripped my circuit breaker. GE has sent three service technicians on three different occasions, all to no avail. Three different components have been replaced, nothing has been able to get the oven and the display to work.

I ordered a gas range but was delivered a glasstop electric. The wrong range was shipped in the box. Very disappointing. The delivery guys were great and took care of the problem. I just wish it could have been right the first time.

Do not buy. Had and still have issues with it. The company that is suppose to fix it were so shady that I did not trust them coming out to fix it. It turns itself on and shuts itself off.

Worked great for 2 weeks. After that every time we turned on the oven it sounded like a blow torch going nonstop. Then it suddenly turned off and never turned back on again. Then we tried to get another one installed and that one was so broken the installers couldn’t even put it in. We’re switching to a completely different brand.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we certainly understand how important it is to have your range working properly. We understand your decision to return the unit. We hope we have the opportunity to earn your trust in our brand in the future.

I am very, very disappointed, Best Buy is trying to not honor a promotion as advertised. I was offered a $500 gift card for making a purchase. I have not received the gift card nor an answer from Best Buy headquarters. The store is trying to help claim the gift card, but so far no answer.
