    I am very, very disappointed, Best Buy is trying to not honor a promotion as advertised. I was offered a $500 gift card for making a purchase. I have not received the gift card nor an answer from Best Buy headquarters. The store is trying to help claim the gift card, but so far no answer.

    still have not receive stove, was rescheduled 3 times for delivery

    I ordered a gas range but was delivered a glasstop electric. The wrong range was shipped in the box. Very disappointing. The delivery guys were great and took care of the problem. I just wish it could have been right the first time.

    Wrong stove. Been waiting for stove and refrigerator since 6/12/24. Now it 10/8 supposedly. Been w/o both since may.Impossible to rate when do not have.

    I love this over. It heats up everything pretty quickly. I love the middle burner that allows us to heat up our sides with plenty of surface area. The oven is very easy to clean and features a large host of features.

    It took about six weeks for the delivery. Great oven, heats up quickly. No issues with the delivery and installation, but with one problem. No knobs! All the other parts were available, I don't know if GE forgot to include the knobs in the package. I did order the stove top knobs separately and awaiting their arrival.

    Do not purchase this item from Best Buy they lied about lead time and went from 10 days to 3 months before it could be delivered. Same item from competitors you can get in less than a week. Go to them this is a Best Buy issue.
