My big complaint? The recessed pocket in the back (meant for your existing gas pipe) is filled with two rectangular metal soffits called "terminal covers". That makes the pocket unusable. As a result, there was a 3-1/2" gap between the wall and the back of the range. I had to pay my plumber $450 to relocate my gas pipe to accommodate this range. On a positive note, when I called G.E. to ask which comparable gas ranges had usable pockets, their customer service rep Cantrece was very helpful and she did identify two alternatives. But both were a lot more expensive.

GE has always been my choice of brand and Best Buy is always the store I go to for a big purchase to make use of the 18/24 months at no financing. Great gift for my bday & retirement.

There was a small leak in the gas hose but Best Buy, Geek Squad, and the installer were quick to figure out the issue and got it resolved quickly. Great to work with, thank you! Looking forward to using the air fryer which we didn’t have before.

The display shows when the cooktop has any flame on. this is very helpful for us because we can not forget the stove is on. Everything works perfectly and the wifi function is a nice tech touch, although I recognize that we prefer the old way to check directly on the oven. Overall we are satisfied

Higher BTUs for sure. There is some strange electrical humming noise coming from around the control panel where the time is displayed. It's light but annoying when just walking by
