When the range was installed it was defective. A GE appliance repair tech came out and he found that the computer element to heat the oven was defective and oven light unit. Very disappointing that a brand new stove I purchased can not be used! And that the only solution since I am just past my 15 day Best Buy returnable rule is to deal with GE who would not replace the range for a new one but only wants to replace the defect parts which will not be in for another month. I will never buy another GE product. Disappointed and still without a stove I paid for.

The Graphite is stunning with new black cabinets! The glass is easier to clean than other models and it is modern and transitional styling and bakes and cooks as wells as it looks!

Had to wait 4 weeks for the parts. We were unable to use te oven. We were instructed to contact the manufacturer direct. This was not Best Buy’s problem but…….

The stovetop I believe is defective, even when turning the eye to lowest setting it will not stop boiling and was not on boil to begin with. Have to be very careful to constantly stir if you don’t want burnt food on bottom of pot. The finish is the biggest disappointment. Have took great pains to keep stovetop finish polished and cleaned, but one little splatter of water is labor intensive to clean off. This is in addition to how the stainless finish shows water spots and smudges. that are again, labor intensive to remove. Would change stoves if it were possible, Not happy with this stove on so many levels.
