    Takes burners and oven a along time to heat up. Timer just counts down full minutes.

    The digital pad is sensitive. I did not realize this was not a convection oven. When you open the door, the heat hits you right in the face. It is hard to clean the control panel because you can't remove the knobs. I strongly dislike this oven.

    Had it only three weeks and are getting an error code. Can still cook on top but oven doesn't operate properly. Waiting for repair guy to call. Seemed okay till this problem. Hopefully they can fix it.

    Nice but dimensions are totally wrong. More like 28-29 inches deep and it didn’t work in my space.

    Exactly as expected. Looks great. Inner burner is a nice feature for smaller cookware but takes a while to get hot.

    Buzzing sound

    Pick up was great. However the stove has had a buzzing sound every time we turn something on - no matter if it is the stove top or the oven. Contacted the store, they requested docs and never heard back. Not sure if the buzzing sound is only this model but it's annoying.

    The agent did not install the range. In the process of attempting to put the range in place they bent one of the rear legs. I had to fix it and install the range myself. They were TOTALLY incompetent. The product was fine they installation was a nightmare

    Had it for one year and already one of the burners not working and the other burner only works on high! Don't buy it!

    Replace cord outlet error message on and double check to make sure everything is plugged in correctly

    Item was on a 2 month backorder. Finally went to store to pick it up which was not a problem. Issue is notnwith the stove, but with Best Buy. When the contractor came to install, opened the back and the entore backnof stove was dented in, lime from a forklift. It was 24 days after we picked up the stove and keot getting the ru arou d how to fix the issue. Waste of 1500 and a ton of stress and STILL not resolved
