I love my 5 eye stove. It heats up well and easy to use. I love the oven with its three racks. I can cook multiple dishes when I am having guest for dinner. The confection oven is fantastic.

The range works wonderfully, with plenty of space for multiple things cooking at the same time, and the oven does a great job of cooking evenly. Two big things that we didn't like too much: There's usually not room for a 12" skillet on the front burners and then anything on the back burner. Also, the dang things smells super chemically the first several times you use the oven. Not much they can do about the smell, except maybe preburn it? Overall, very happy with the purchase.

Still getting used to the glass top stove. Especially like having the controls in the front instead of way in the back.

Roomy oven with three racks is great. Knobs for burners are confusing and I would have appreciated a manual in my hands and not on the internet.

We recently upgraded all of our appliances and purchased this range. All of our other appliances were Samsung. We did not buy the matching range since the reviews were poor. This range has performed well and the black stainless looks great. I especially like that the placement of the cook knobs are on top. One work of caution, cast iron can and did scratch the glass cook top. It is only cosmetic but something to be aware of.

Used range top only so far, but hasn’t been a problem to clean. Glad to have electric smooth top range again.

The item functioned well for less than 2 weeks. Product then began restarting after trying to use the stove/oven. Called Geek Squad repair service to have it fixed and for almost two months we have been scheduled for repair only to be called the day of the repair appointment to be told the repair part is on back order. Had a repair scheduled for 12/30/2019 and received a call the morning of the 30th that once again the part is still on back order. Terribly disappointed by Geek Squad and Best Buy for how they have handled this whole thing.
