When the oven was delivered, it would not turn off. However, I called Best Buy and they sent a new one within 3 days. So far it’s working well.

Stoves great , wish it came with an air fryer pan but that’s ok. Does everything it’s supposed to and looks great. Sadly came scratched and getting anything done with delivery from best buy has been a nightmare

Just what we were looking for - a great "dumb" range; we did not need or want something with wifi, a touch screen, etc. (just more stuff that can break). Beautiful piece, and a nice upgrade over our previous range. Convection feature is great - makes the best reheated pizza that we've ever had.

Nice product. We have two of them. The only issue to-date is there is little room for the electrical cord in the back resulting in the oven sitting over an inch from the wall. We'll have to hire an electrician to figure out a fix.

We love our new range. I think one of my favorite features is how fast a pot of water boils. Very happy with our purchase.

The oven is very good, provides even cooking. The convection feature works very well The stove top is very easy to clean Only concerns are that I have to be careful with the stove control panel, it is very easy to be turn on by mistake and that the oven racks tend to stick

Fantastic! It looks sleek and modern in my kitchen. The burners heat very fast and are good sizes. I haven’t used all of the oven functions yet, but what I have used has been flawless. Super happy with this purchase!

No one explained to us how to use this new oven we purchased. Then when I called the store where we purchased it, the day it was delivered, we were told we have to wait 3 days before we could have someone come out to show us. Ridiculous

Great range oven- works well and looks good. The only thing I’m bummed about is that we bought the open box oven and everything was great in store, but when it got to our home, the bottom drawer doesn’t close all the way which was very disappointing.

I have just started using it this month. So far, I am so happy with this range. Everything about it is great! It looks great, the stove top works great and the oven works great. Time will tell how durable it is.

Love this stove! Its really pretty. It is shows all dirt and fingerprints though so it’s tough to keep it clean. Also, I bought it for the air fryer and don’t really use it. Our portable air fryer works much quicker.

Was looking forward to having this electric stove but they sent a gas stove, which was noticed by delivery men. They took it back before it was installed as a result. Very professional and good at their jobs.

Sales staff is very short handed at the store. Delivery went very well, they were patient, courteous and works well together.

Great Oven, bad cleaning on the cooktop. Stained after first cook. Good app connectivity. Came with no installation manual for power requirements/hookup.

Love it! I haven't used it much as I am not living at this home yet. But when I do use it, it works wonderfully.

First, it looks great in my new kitchen. Second it works great. The stove top heats up very quickly. I haven’t used the oven just yet, but I can’t wait.
