Everything turned out fine. But I think when you sell a stove, the salesmen should inform the buyer where the gas pipes should be. When it was installed they weren’t able to get the stove close to the wall. The installer just told us to put another row of tiles to make up the difference. This was not acceptable. If I’m paying for installation I should get it installed properly. Luckily I’m very handy and was able to install it properly. When the dishwasher was to be installed they had a damaged unit on the truck so it never made it into the house. Luckily I asked if there was to be any electrical issues. He gave me the box for the hook up and I did the electrical before they sent me the replacement. The refrigerator, luckily when we made the purchase I asked if there would be an issue with the water. The salesmen did tell me what I had to do so I made the necessary adjustments before they got there. Don’t get me wrong I love the way everything looks and works. I just think it would have been a little easier if I was told what had to be done before the installers got there.

Still adjusting to going all gas vs. dual fuel, but so far, I like the range a lot. On the positive side, the burners offer a wide range of sizes and output, allowing a very slow simmer to a raging boil. The oven has a probe, which I'm looking forward to testing at Thanksgiving. Controls are intuitive and pretty straight-forward. On the negative side, the surface is more difficult to keep clean than my old range (Dacor) and more scratch prone. The knobs on the front are close together and difficult to clean in-between. The drawer under the oven feels thin and cheap.

I really thought that I was going to have a big problem with my purchase of a Samsung slide-in range but thank you BEST BUY I didn’t, Thank you for your great service. I originally bought a GE slide-in range from Lowe’s which had a big defect, the oven was leaking gas, they wouldn’t exchange it for another so I returned it and went to Best Buy. I bought a Samsung this time thinking that I might have the same problem if I bought another GE. The Samsung within three months started having an issue with the top grates, they started rusting and flaking, I went into the store and they were SUPER nice. At the time I bought the stove they were doing a special, when you opened a Best Buy credit card, they gave you $175 in Best Buy points. I never received those points and that’s the reason I went into the store to see if they can give me my points. That’s when I decided to ask if they would replace my grates, they sure did, they gave me my $175 in points and replaced my stove, this time I took a risk and bought a GE slide-in gas range, which I absolutely love, THANK YOU BEST BUY, you’re the BEST of the BEST.

Great oven. Works very well and looks great. Just be aware of the required gas hookup sizes and envelop to ensure the correct fit. We had to change our gas line diameter hookup, and discovered our gas line pipe was too high. Otherwise the product itself is great.

The stainless steel facade scratches easily and I am not applying steel wool or harsh abrasive. I like the sturdy knobs of the burners. They are easy to turn for us senior citizens with a weak grip.

We have had this range for close to a month, used it everyday and works great. All burners have very good heat, especially the boost burner which boils water in no time flat. The oven has also performed great in both conventional and convection. Very happy with this purchase.

This stove has been such a wonderful addition to our home kitchen!!! Our old stove was almost 35 years old so you can imagine how happy we were in having it ! Cooks great and we like the different kinds of cooking tops we have.

I am very pleased with my new GE profile convection & has range. I have grown up on GE appliances my entire life. I had to replace my old gas GE slide in range. It was 21-22 years old. I will admit I can tell there is a change in the quality of the parts. Other than that, it’s the same reliable GE appliances that I am used to. The new technology being able to preheat my over while coming home from the store is wonderful. Connected to WiFi easily, app on my phone is easy to use. The stainless steel was on a wonderful sale & looks excellent in my kitchen. Looking forward to updating my dishwasher, fridge & over the range microwave to match. You can’t go wrong with a GE profile if you require performance & aesthetics in your cooking appliances.

I love this stove. only a couple things that aren't great. you can't slide it right up to the wall. So you have to buy a over price piece of trim to fill the gap. The other thing is it scratches really easy so be careful when cleaning it.

It is a beautiful range, high quality and it works very well. I am very happy with it. The installation was a pain. The gas hook-up is not positioned in a convenient location because it does not have open space or a pocket in the back of the range for the flexible gas hose to fold into. I ended up making a box pocket in my back wall out of wood and drywall so the flexible gas line had a good open spot to go when the range was pushed back to the wall during installation. My old Amana range was designed for easy installation, but not this GE range.

It has been years since we owned a GE stove. We have had several other brands since. We looked at numerous brands and features and decided on this one. We had 4 children and 13 grandchildren and when my wife starts cooking she could feed company of troops. The bottom line is that when my wife is happy, then I must be also.

Love the way it looks with our cabinets & new granite. It works great too. Oven, convection oven are wonderful and the burners are very easy to control for the perfect heat setting.

Best Buy's description has been unclear - this is actually a GE Profile, not just a GE. This range looks great and has great features. It is very easy to use. I look forward to cooking more with it.

I purchased this GE convection slide in 6 burner range this summer and took delivery after the kitchen remodel was done in late Aug. The range is beautiful, unfortunately the first time I turned on the oven to roast a chicken today, it smelled horribly of gas. The oven kept turning itself off after 2 minutes of preheat, repeatedly. Not sure what is wrong, research on the internet suggests one of the system boards is defective, so I called Best Buy, and they basically said it's not their problem since we didn't get the Geek Squad extended warranty. Told me to call GE!! A brand new range, and it doesn't work! Pretty unbelievable. GE customer service set up a repair visit, but not for over 2 weeks from now! It is appalling how Best Buy just shrugged off a serious customer issue like this, and GE does not offer to send a replacement unit. We definitely made the wrong choice buying this range from Best Buy.

The GE gas range is a excellent product. This range cooks items evenly on both the stove top and in the oven. I highly recommend this range to everyone.

This is the perfect stove for us. It has a full size grill included. It has convection and standard oven feature. It looks nice in our kitchen and it works.

I’m still getting used to it but so far it’s been a very nice range and oven. I finally got a gas line installed and ditched my old crummy electric glass top stove top and now with this wonderful gas range I am loving cooking again. The quality seems really nice and the adjustment of the burners is the best I’ve used.

This range with the cast iron griddle is awesome. Great for pancakes, bacon, fried eggs etc. Oven is also great. Baked some bread and it came out perfectly.

Just bought this range a couple weeks ago. We love it. Our pans heat up fast and cooking is easy. GE makes a great product

Love the look of this stove. Wifi is a plus. The power burner is probably the best part of the stove because of how hot it gets. Big convection oven. I had to get a replacement for the first one, because the touch panel did not work. Second unit, the middle burner doesn't work. We didn't plan on using it but for the price, It would be nice to have. We eventually just kept the second unit.
