    Can’t review this purchase, because it has been 8 weeks and I have yet to receive the product. Best Buy REALLY has to step up its delivery game. Quarantine at home with a family without an oven or stove for 8 weeks SUCKS!!!

    As others had experienced, initially the oven wouldn't preheat. GE came out and installed a new cooling fan. Turns out to be a known problem and was extremely disappointed with GE. After the updated fan was installed the range and oven work perfectly. Oven temp is spot on and the surface burners exceed expectations. Great looking appliance and I'm very pleased. Bought it from Best Buy and can't say enough good things about them.

    We loved this range when we got it. But it started to shut off during pre heating. We can no longer get the oven to stay on. When we try to do a self clean it makes a funny noise.
