This one replaced a smaller dehumidifier that just stopped running after a few hours and needed to be power-cycled to start up again. This GE 50-pint model has been running non-stop, keeping a old damp basement dry, for 4 months at this point.

Died after only 7 weeks

On top of that, the GE warranty process was very cumbersome and time-consuming, taking over an hour bouncing between customer service reps before someone finally told me it was dead and I just needed to buy a new one at my own expense, after which I could apply for a reimbursement that would take 8 weeks to arrive. Terrible product, and terrible customer service process.
