We’ve had this a couple months now. Replaces a 10 year old LG dehumidifier in our basement. This is quiet. Has different fan speeds. We have the water going into the bin so I can see how much water is drawn out every day. I empty this three times a day on low fan speed and 60% humidity. The only thingS I would recommend considering ... this doesn’t have the two hours on/two hours off timer feature and also the water tank is smaller than the one it replaces. Also the cord is very short. Can not plug into ceiling outlet. But otherwise a good dehumidifier.

This thing removes an amazing amount of water from the air. It's about as loud as a medium desk fan. Seemingly we'll built, rolls easy on its wheels.

I was having trouble getting paint to stick on my walls. It kept bubbling and peeling and I decided to give this a try. 24 hours later it pulled 6 gallons of water from our 3,600 sq ft home. I tried painting again and it worked. We now run it during the day and our humidity dropped from 80% to 45%. It is noisy and releases heat into the room. If we're going to be away we put it in the laundry room and drain it into the washing machine drain.

It does what is designed to do. I am using the humidifier to lower the humidity in my office. I did realize how much humidity is still in the air even with central air. This does a good job of lowering the humidity. The only issue I have is after about three weeks the case was making a vibrating noise. The solution I found was to wrap a bungee cord to help with the vibration.

This dehumidifier works well. It keeps the basement dry and comfortable. It is easy to use. My only concern is cleaning it. The tank where water is collected is easy to empty but difficult to clean. The tank gets moldy. The design of the tank is not practical for cleaning. It would be better if the tank did not have small spaces. The small spaces make it impossible to clean.

Very happy with this dehumidifier. With our extreme humidity in the past few months it has surpassed our expectations. Very efficient product

Simple to understand controls and can dial in desired humidity setpoint. Water can be emptied from the front or continuously through a hose hookup.

Good product. Only issue is the humidity gauge is not accurate. I set the dehumidifier to 50% humidity and noticed it was running nonstop. I felt like the humidity was lower than 50% so I bought two battery powered humidity gauges to check the accuracy. Both battery humidity gauges were at 35% humidity. I increased the humidity gauge on the dehumidifier to 65% and now the room stays at 50% humidity per the two battery power gauges. Also the dehumidifier is not running nonstop. Overall happy with this product. It works for what I bought it for.

It’s surprising how much water it collects. The humidity smell that was coming out of our basement has gone away!

We really needed a new dehumidifier for our basement. This one is easy to use, and has been taking in plenty of water. My main complaint is how noisy it is. Louder than the loudest dishwasher. We keep it in a utility area of the basement, so it's ok. But if you're in the same room as it, you can't really carry on a conversation.

I have owned several dehumidifiers and this is by far the most effective. It is quieter than most and the basin slides in and out with ease.

A+ operation. Easy to set. Not too loud. So far Does what needed and expected.

It was very easy to unpack and instructions east to follow, The dehumidifier is doing a great job and the water is very easy to empty.

This machine works fantastic, not noisy at all and has done a get job at getting the moisture out of the basement

What I like most about it is you can’t hear it running.very easy to setup and run

enjoy the meter the measures humidity levels. It runs quietly, easy to hook up to drain hose although it took awhile to find the hook up.

Our air conditioning motor went out and needed to keep our PC room humidity down. This worked exactly as needed, set at 45 percent humidity. However, obviously, if it is in a closed room or space, the heat will rise while the machine is running, so if you're trying to stay cool without A/C, this will not be achieved in smaller rooms with no air circulation while the machine is running.

Very quiet, & efficient I use the 'set humidity' feature & the machine does the rest, also it's easy to empty.

The dehumidifier sets up very easy and kept the room at the correct setting since I bought it.

This humidifier works great! I put this in my finished basement and never have to worry about humidity and mold
