Been using this for about a month now. So far it has worked great. I’ve been able to lower the house overall moisture by 20 points. I move it around from room to room and it never ceases to amaze me the amount of water this thing can’t extract from the environment. Fully recommended for high moisture problems.

Does a great job of drying my place which is a ground level apartment with little sunlight so its prone to being damp usually around 80% humidity and this will keep at around 65% on low fan. i would use the high fan but it gets a little loud.

Wonderful at pulling moisture out of air. Quiet. Would purchase again.

I wanted to replace an old 50 pint dehumidifier and after searching and comparing units online I decided to go with this GE 50 Pint. I am extremely satisfied with this one, Very efficient and it has more settings than my old one. What I like the most is that pulls air from the sides and not the front which allows the unit to cover more space from the right and left at the same time. I really recommend it.

I bought this when we bought our house last year before the pandemic Dec 2019. It has even amazing! Leave my basement not smelling musty also help when we had to water trickle in from the foundation. Haven’t had any moisture issues since. We run it non stop when it rains a lot. Super easy to dump and clean!

Simple to use product, very efficient, setup was minimal

I've been running this unit non stop for awhile now and it hasn't missed a beat. It does its job very well. We set the unit in the room with the HVAC return and its lowered the humidity in the entire house. The unit is pretty loud but I don't have experience with other units so this might be on par with others.

Does its job since we had a quite humid summer. Keeps my basement dry as expected. It’s nice to see all the water collected and the automatic on and off to keep the desired humidity levels.

My old dehumidifier died and did some quick research that ended up picking this one. I like how well made it is. It has some little "feet" stand for the bucket. The bucket does take some getting use to getting out to empty but once you get use to it, its easy. It does not have an auto empty feature, but I did not want one. I like the display and controls on top versus the one I had previously. I have had this for about 3 months and no issues at all.

Nothing is perfect thats why I only gave it 4 stars. We replaced our friedrich unit after it was recalled for possibly catching fire. So far its done a great job. For all the ones complaining about noise its a dehumidifier. Its no louder than the one we replaced on the fan high setting. Actually was surprised how quiet it is on medium to low settings.
