This dehumidifier takes moisture out of the air very efficiently. It has three motor speeds which makes it even more efficient. It’s not as noisy as previous ones I owned.

Quite, trouble free so far. Easy to empty and reinstall tank.

This works as advertised. It is not as quiet as I expected based on the reviews. It does a fine job keeping the room dry. Moving and using this unit is easy. Emptying the water is very easy, perhaps easier than my prior units. The price is high, and the value fir money is okay but not great.

So far so good! went from 65% to 40% in just 16 hours in our 1000sq basement. The tank does fill up pretty fast I had to empty it twice so far but planning on just putting the hose on this weekend.

The dehumidifier has been running almost constantly (about a month now) due to the heat and humidity we're having. It is functioning perfectly and is so quiet compared to my prior appliance. Keeping my fingers it continues to operate as well as it is now. I am happy.

This dehumidifier is perfect for our basement, it keeps the humidity down during the humid summer months in the mountains. If you are going to use this in an area with high humidity, like our basement garage, I would recommend using the connection to attach a hose or you'll be emptying it manually a couple of times a day.

The noise is no more than a standard fan, so if you keep it tucked away in a corner out of sight, you will not even notice it is there. Does a really good job of keeping moisture levels under control, just don't forget to empty it once a day.

We’ve had an identical 50-pint GE dehumidifier for a couple years and are very pleased with it, so went back for this one when I decided to get a second unit. This is the same solid, smooth running design we bought before. It is very effective, easy to empty, has good controls, and doesn’t make any annoying noises like others I’ve used.

Works great - no issues so far and easy to use and empty

This works great. We bought a house with an awful moldy and smelly basement. Approx. 1000 sq feet. This took it from 85% humidity to 40/45 within a couple days, the smell is gone and you would never have known it was so bad.

I carried it in the house, plugged iit in, and away it went. It is working fine and doing the job. I did get tired of emptying the bucket, so moved it slightly and installed a hose to the sump pump. Works Great!

This GE Dehumidifier is great! We purchased this to replace an 8 year old GE dehumidifier that ran 24/7 and this one is much quieter and doesn't rattle at all like the old one did. Hopefully this one will last another 8 years or more because if it does I'll be extremely happy!!

Replaced my old dehumidifier with this model. My prior model was larger and better Frigidaire, but I'm still happy with this replacement. I don't like the air filter's location, and it occasionally stops running without a full tank to empty. But these minor quirks don't affect it's main functionality, which has been very good.

I could not imagine living without this! I bought this when I moved into my new house bc the basement smelled musty. After about a week of continuous use the smell was tenfold better and felt better to be in the basement. I used to empty it once a day and now I only have to empty it every few days. I do soak the collection bin with vinegar every once in a while bc it gets slimy. Def recommend!!! I did a ton of research before purchasing.
