This dehumidifier is excellent value. Very happy with it's performance. Turns on and off automatically as needed. Keeps my 1400 square foot basement dry.

This works really well to keep the humidity in my basement down. Hook up hose and it drains automatically (most of the time). I have had to dump the bucket a few times, so the hose connection is not the greatest.

Unit is being used in the basement where current humidity level was about 65%. Hooked up unit to directly drain into basement drain and turned on unit. Took about 2 days to bring the humidity level down to 35%.

This product is SUPER efficient! I didn't know how badly I needed a new dehumidifier until I started using this particular GE product! It is being in my basement where it works VERY hard to keep the air dry! I'm glad I decided to buy it.

Works perfect. Took my basement from 60% humidity to a comfortable 45. Hooked up the drain hose and I don’t even think about it now.

So far so good. Been a month in the basement and does a great job deducing the humidity. I measure it using a separate devise. Let's see if it lasts longer than the model it replaced (3 years)!

This unit has worked remarkably! We have it on continuously in our upstairs that is no longer used since our kids have moved out and it has allowed us to keep the air conditioning on 78° while helping to control the humidity up there.

So far the 50 pt dehumidifier is working well. It replaces another GE that stopped working before a year. Still waiting for refund.

It is a little bit noisy. I like this product because of its ease of use. It removes moisture enough to keep a large basement clean.

Purchased to remove moisture from a musty basement. Have a hose draining the water directly to a sump. It's been keeping the humidity at 50% for over a month now with no problems.

I purchased this dehumidifier during the summer for house when the humidity in North Carolina is really high. This unit brought the humidity down from 65% to 45% in the house in about three hours. It has been doing a great job for the past four months.

I bought this for my basement... it really works well.. it has 3 different levels - low, medium and high.... along with setting the actual humidity level that’s comfortable for you... And an easy to empty container with a handle... Couldn’t be more pleased

I have three of these in my (large) basement working non-stop. And they do work reliably. Which means I have to empty the three 50-Pint tanks every morning. But my basement (and wine cellar) is perfectly dry. Highly recommended.

On low is very quiet. Only issue is it is a little hard to pull the water reservoir out of the front of the dehumidifier. I try to empty when it is about half full

The purchase was a good price and an easy pick up from the store. It replaced a 10 y/o unit. Hopefully, this pays longer!

This thing is a beast. We had to turn the humidity dial up because it was filling so fast. I use the water received to water our garden! Would definitely recommend.

Great product that does exactly what it says. We got this for our basement that we are working on finishing. It typically had a humidity level of 70%. With this in the room running, it has stayed at a steady 50%. The room is about 700 sqft.

Love the operation. I feel pretty dumb looking back at this but it was extremely frustrating figuring out how to attach the drain hose through the perfectly cut in opening and connecting/screwing in the hose itself. I had my twins look at it and they couldn't figure it out either. Solution was simple but required reading the manual to screw on the hose from the sort of inside by taking the bucket out. Truly was simple, but hardly intuitive...

So far, so good, after a month of use. Same 50-pint size as unit it replaced (Haier). Like the 3 different fan speeds, which translates into noise levels. The fill bucket slides out/in easier than my prior unit. The displayed humidity level doesn't seem as precise as the Haier but must measure it adequately as it kicks in when needed. Now that it's heated up and days are getting muggier, the bucket seems to fill up every other day (~30-48 hrs).

Works great! Originally Got a defective one via store pickup but the reps were awesome and exchanged it for a new one!
